The largest penthouse at the Waldorf Astoria Residences in the United States has been sold in Miami’s first supertall tower. The buyer’s name was not revealed, but they were still finalizing the features they wanted in the penthouse with the developers.
The Waldorf Astoria penthouses, known as “Mansion in the Sky,” is suspended 1,050 feet in the air above Miami and will occupy the top three levels of the supertall tower. It will have almost 34,000 square feet of space with 10 bedrooms, 11 and ½ bathrooms, and ceiling heights as high as 25 feet.
The penthouse will have many amenities, including a trading room, safe room, billiards entertainment area, private movie theater, screening room equipped with two 90-inch theater screens, 3 wine cellars, full-scale bar, wellness center furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, massage rooms, infrared sauna, and a 20-car garage to house the owner’s extensive car collection. The private rooftop of the penthouse will have a large pool, swim-up tiki bar, 3 cabanas, an outdoor gym, and a multi-purpose court built for racquetball, pickleball, and basketball.
2 Penthouses Still Remaining

Waldorf Astoria Miami is expected to be a stunning architectural achievement, with nine spiraling, offset glass cubes wrapped in a “glass skin,” distinguishing the property’s architecture from anything else on the East Coast. The property will consist of 360 private residences, in addition to guestrooms and suites within a five-star hotel. There are 2 full-floor penthouses still remaining in the top 5 levels, they can be purchased individually or can be divided into 2 separate units and sold separately to accommodate buyers who desire smaller spaces. The smallest Penthouse would be 5,655 square feet.
The developers are PMG, along with partners Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton. The project’s completion is expected in late 2026 or early 2027.
